- re-arrange some key assignments to match the CaptiveWorks key layout.
- add a close window function "X" to the various windows that do not have their own.
   (we dont rely on a window manager to close the windows)

- disable "configure plugin" pop-up window upon new plugin discovery

- change hotkey toggle from F4 to F6  (ie. unmap blue button)
